Dear Families,
I have been working with Bambini for over 5 years. I was the coordinator at Bambini Asling St and at Centre Road for a few years and I ‘m very grateful to have the opportunity to now work at Wilson Street as well.
As you probably know from my very Italian name, I’m from Italy. My husband and I have been living in Melbourne for the past 13 years and now have three children who I’m sure you will meet soon.
I am looking forward to getting to know your beautiful children and spending much quality time together.

My journey in early childhood education began with Bambini and since then I have been surrounded by wonderful leaders, this inspired me to pursue a leadership role.
I am passionate about children and believe building strong connections with children and families lays the foundation for children to feel safe, secure and welcomed.
I also believe that play is a pivotal part of children’s learning and development allowing them to explore, wonder and ask questions.

Meet Samantha McInnes, the Curriculum Coordinator.
Hello, my name is Sam, I am a local mum of two, who has worked in Education for over 9 years now. My previous roles as Assistant Director and Lead Educator have led me to my newest role here as Curriculum Leader at Bambini Wilson Street.
What I am really passionate about is simple; creating stimulating environments for the children so they can thrive to their full potential. I believe children learn best when they feel safe, secure and supported in their environment.
We do this by nurturing and giving the children the time, space, and energy to express themselves while supporting each child’s individual learning journey.
I look forward to sharing my passion, love, and knowledge of early childhood with the staff, children, families, and community.
